Digital Signature - Forward eAuction
This is to inform all forward e-auction consumers that, as per guidelines of Coal India Ltd. (CIL), consumers will have to use digital signature for login and accepting the terms and conditions of Forward e-auction, from December 01, 2009 onwards.
All consumers are requested to submit proof of evidence that the digital signature certificate/e-token is purchased by/issued to the Company / Organisation /Enterprise/ Director / Authorised signatory. The proof may be in the form of attested copy of challan or purchase order of the certificate.
For participation in coaljunction e-Auctions, Class III-B digital signature certificates would be required.
The digital signature has to be from authorized certifying authority (CA).
The facility of Digital Signature Certificate registration will be available in the coaljunction website - login ( www.coaljunction.in ) from December 01, 2009 onwards. All consumers are requested to register by following the DSC registration User Manual. The DSC registration user manual will be available inside user login. Also the DSC registration user manual has been sent to consumers registered e-mail addresses of the consumers.
