SECL NOTIFICATION FOR CANCELLATION OF SPOT e-AUCTION HELD ON 04.03.2010
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that SECL has decided to cancel the Spot e-Auction dated 4.3.2010 of one lakh tonne (stock) of sized ROM Grade 'F' coal from Laxman Colliery of Kusmunda Area, on account of less participation, by invoking Clause 11.9 of the terms and conditions of Spot e-Auction Scheme.
This is as per SECL's Notice No. :- SECL/BSP/S&M/E-Auction/147 - Dtd.:- 11.03.2010.
