Withdrawal of Coal EMD Refund Cheque from MJ Office mode w.e.f. 1st Oct '09

In view of better service through Online Refund ( for amount of one lakh & above ) wish to inform you that " Cheque Collection from MJ Office (Kolkata) " stands withdrawn w.e.f. 1st October 2009.
We at coaljunction continually strive to provide superior services to bidders.Towards this , we had started Online refund services w.e.f. 1st August 2008 for amount greater than or equal to Rs. 1 Lakh. Under this process, if the bidder's bank details are correctly updated , then your Coal EMD Refund once approved will be taking less than 8 working hours to get successfully transferred to your bank account number as registered with us. Since this Online EMD Refund process has now stabilised, hence wish to inform you that we have decided to withdraw the " EMD Refund Cheque from MJ Office (Kolkata) " mode from the existing refund request modes available currently with us. However, in case your refund amount is less than one lakh, then you can continue to apply through the " Cheque by Courier " mode wherein we will courier your refund amount to your registered address.
