EMD Refund - Penalty Fee
Dear Coal Buyers,
To ensure timely and hassle free process of EMD Refunds, coaljunction would advice you to kindly check the correctness of your Registered Bank Details before submission of your EMD Refund Request.
Incase you find any detail to be incorrect, you are requested to immediately speak to our EMD Refund Desk at (033)-6610-6130 before submitting your EMD Refund Request.
Please note that under the circumstance where your EMD Refund Request has been submitted but Online Refund through RTGS Transfer is rejected by our Bankers or Refund Cheque gets dishonored by your Banker due to Incorrect Bank Details as provided by you, a Penalty Fee of Rs.552/- (inclusive of Service Tax - Change in Service Tax rate is effective from 25th Feb'09 ) would be charged.
The Penalty Fee of Rs 552/- would have to be paid by you in the form of a Demand Draft issued in favour of " mjunction services limited " and payable at Kolkata for re-processing of your EMD Refund Request.
