The DSC issued is a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate – Organisation certificate valid for 2 Years.

DSC Price:- Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate – Organisation 2 years validity DSC fees will be Rs. 4065/- w.e.f. 1st July, 2017..

Note: From September 2011 on wards all DSC kit will be despatched  through courier only.

mjunction services limited is a Local Registration Authority ( LRA ) of nCodes Solutions, a division of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Company Limited.

• User has to registered with coaljunction before buying a digital certificate
• Registered users need to download the "DSC form"and take a print of the DSC form
• Download the "Authorization Letter" and take a print of the authorization letter
• DSC fees should be in the form of Demand Draft /Pay Order, drawn in favour of "mjunction services limited A/c Coal" payable at Kolkata
• Send the filled up DSC form , necessary documents mentioned, fees and authorization letter to the below given mjunction address.
• Duly mark the envelope as "APPLICATION FOR DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE" & send it to the below mentioned address.

Despatching of DSC application received with proper documents will be done on first come first serve basis, subjected to availability of DSC e-tokens with us.

Step 2 >> Receipt of DSC and e-token

The DSC issued is a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate – Organisation certificate valid for 2 Years.

DSC Price:- Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate – Organisation DSC fees will be Rs. 4065/- w.e.f. 1st July, 2017.

• On successful enrollment of your DSC is ready for use
• DSC kit containing one CD and one e-token/pen-drive will be delivered to you
• Enrolled DSC will be pre-enabled in www.coaljunction.in which can be verified by the user login

Re-Issue/Renewal Clause:

Same requirement as in new DSC issuance

LOST DSC Clause :

In case you have purchased DSC from us & the whole DSC kit containing CD & e-token has been lost then you need to do the following :

a) Send us a proper FIR copy & application letter for DSC deletion

b) Send us all set of papers along with fees of Rs.4065 for a fresh DSC application

We will treat your case as a lost case & hence a fresh DSC kit containing CD , e-token & certificate will be issued to you on first come first serve basis from the date of receipt of the case.
