New User2nd unit of Mouda STPS starts commercial operation

March 31: The Stage I, 2nd unit (500 MW) of the Mouda super thermal power station (STPS) of NTPC Limited started commercial operation on March 30, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
With this, the total generating capacity of the Mouda super thermal power station in Nagpur stood at 1,000 MW while the total commercial capacity of NTPC reached 41,814 MW.
