November 28: Aluminum imports through Mundra Port stood at 4,635 down 47.8% compared to 8,886 tons in October 2015, as per the provisional data available with ICMW.

In November 2015 the total imports comprised of 81 tons of flat products, 678 tons of long product, 3,451 tons of scrap, 36 tons of wire and wire rods and 390 tons of other aluminium products.
Further, 790.98 tons came from United Arab Emirates, 671.52 tons came from Saudi Arabia, 539.53 tons came from united States,376.29, came from China among other countries.
In October, a volume of 203 tons came from Australia at a price range of Rs 93,774-Rs 103,558 ($ 1,435-$ 1,574) per ton, 155 tons from Bahrain at a range of Rs 85,835- Rs 183,732 ($ 1,313-$ 2,778) per ton, 20 tons from Belgium at a unit price of Rs 167,045 ($ 2,525), 21 tons from Canada at a unit price of 108,246 ($1,656), around 3,641 tons from China at a price range of Rs 14,072-Rs 537,878 ($ 210 -$ 8,321) per ton, amongst others.
