Anthracite coal imports via Mundra at 1,208 tons in Mar

April 15: Anthracite coal imports via Mundra Port stood at 1,208 tons during March 2014 while, in the previous month, no such imports had taken place through the port, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

During the corresponding month of the previous year, anthracite coal imports via the port stood at 615 tons.

During the month, 108 tons came in from China at Rs 21,108 ($340) per ton while the balance 1,100 tons came in from South Africa at Rs 10,348 ($168) per ton.
