Anthracite imports through the port of Paradip in March 2016 were at 42,739 tons while there were no imports of the material in the previous month of February, as per provisional data available with ICMW.
Total volumes of anthracite imports in fiscal 2015-16 were at 279,256 tons against 302,908 tons recorded in the previous fiscal (2014-15), dropping 7.81% year-on-year.
In March 2015, imports of pet coke via the port were at 34,920 tons.
