Anthracite imports via Paradip rise 27% in Dec m-o-m

Anthracite imports through the port of Paradip in December 2015 were at 42,951 tons while the volume in November was 33,800 tons, thus showing a rise of 27.07%, as per provisional data available with ICMW.

In December 2015, a volume of 34,651 tons arrived from Russia at a price range of Rs 5,777 – Rs 5,810 ($86-87) per ton and 8,300 tons arrived from Vietnam at a unit price of Rs 12,020 ($179).

In November 2015, a single consignment arrived from China at a unit price of Rs 13,686 ($204).
