Aug anthracite coal imports via Mormugao down 47% m-o-m

September 30: Imports of anthracite coal via Mormugao Port stood at 23,230 tons during the month of August 2014, down 47.2% from 44,000 tons imported in July 2014, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

During the month of August, the entire material came from Russia at a price of Rs 6,888 ($111) per ton whereas during July, the entire material also came from Russia at a price of Rs 7,389 ($123) per ton.
