December 15: The spot prices of Australian coal firmed up a bit on December 12, but others remained largely unchanged as there was not much change in demand-supply situation, market sources said.
The price of Australian 6300 Kcal GAR coal moved up by $0.60 per ton during the day largely on higher offer prices even as counter bids were not forthcoming, they said.
