BCCL receives two bids for Dugda washery

January 14: Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) has received two bids for its Dugda coal washery project, according to information available with ICMW.

"We have received two bids till the cut-off date," a source said. The last date for submission of bids was January 6.

Asked if there would be re-tendering due to the low participation, he said: "We will go ahead with the process."

The new NLW coal washery would have a capacity of 2.5 million tons per annum (mtpa). It would be set up on a build-operate-maintain (BOM) basis and come up in the vicinity of the existing Dugda washery.
