CCL floats tender for Kathara OC project

June 25: Central Coalfields Ltd (CCL) has floated a tender for outsourcing OB/band removal and coal extraction work at Kathara OC project.

According to the tender notice, the contract for the project will be for a period of six years.

The estimated work volume would be 678,000 cum for OB removal and 8.048 million tons for coal extraction.

The tender was floated on June 24 and the last date for submission of bids is July 16. Tenders would be opened on July 19.
