CIL seeks consultant for manpower planning

August 1: Coal India Ltd (CIL) is seeking to appoint a consultant for its executive manpower planning, according to information available with ICMW.

CIL floated a tender on July 25 for engaging an HR consultant which would also need to develop job descriptions for all unique positions, restructure career architecture/cadre system, design manpower planning process & software tools for CIL and its subsidiaries.

The period of completion of the project is 12 months. The last date for submission of bids is on or before 3 pm of August 25, 2014.
