Chennai Mar anthracite imports drop 37% m-o-m

April 29: Anthracite coal imports via Chennai Port decreased by 36.84% to 576 tons in March 2015 against 912 tons in February 2015, as per provisional data available with ICMW.

In March, the entire material came from China at a price range of Rs 19,682 tons-Rs 24,570 ($313-391) per ton.

In February, the entire material came from China too but at a price range of Rs 19,765 -Rs 24,674 ($316-393) per ton.
