Coal handling at Dahej Port up 13.55% in Feb m-o-m

March 19: Coal handling at Dahej Port stood at 426,613 tons in February 2014, up 13.55% from 375,713 tons handled during January, a senior official of the port told ICMW.

During February 2013, total coal handled at the port stood at 877,122 tons.

During the first 11 months of 2013-14, total coal handled at the port stood at 7,267,377 tons whereas the figure stood at 7,012,912 tons during the corresponding period of the previous financial year (2012-13).
