Coal handling at Dahej Port up 61.84% in March m-o-m

April 25: Coal handling at Dahej Port stood at 690,431 tons in March 2014, up 61.84% from 426,613 tons handled in February, a senior official from the port told ICMW.

During March 2013, total coal handled at the port stood at 536,719 tons.

During entire 2013-14, total coal handled at the port stood at 7,957,808 tons against 7,549,631 tons reported during the corresponding period of the previous financial year (2012-13).
