Coal handling at Dahej port up 16.72% in Nov m-o-m

December 31: Handling of coal at Dahej port stood at 563,612 tons during the month of November 2013, up 16.72% against 482,874 tons reported in October 2013, a senior port official told ICMW.

During November 2012, total coal handled at the port stood at 704,219 tons.

During the first eight months (April-November) of the current financial year of 2013-14, total coal handled at the port stood at 5,827,392 tons against 4,504,591 tons recorded during the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
