Coal handling at Magdalla port rises 82.58% in Sept m-o-m

October 30: Coal handling at Magdalla port stood at 241,000 tons during the month of September 2013, up 82.58% from 132,000 tons handled during the previous month.

In September 2012, coal handling at the port stood at 138,000 tons.

During the first six months (April-September) 2013, total coal handled at the port stood at 1,683,576 tons while the figure stood at 2,172,274 tons during the corresponding period of the previous year.
