Coal handling at Porbandar Port at 68,419 tons in March

April 28: Coal handling at Porbandar Port stood at 68,419 tons in March 2014 while it was nil for the previous month, a senior official of the port told ICMW.

During March 2013, total coal handled at the port stood at 52,732 tons.

During 2013-14, total coal handled here stood at 430,718 tons against 641,306 tons recorded during the corresponding period of the previous financial year (2012-13).
