Coal handling nil at Okha Port in July

August 22: Coal handling via Okha Port stood at nil during the month of July 2014 whereas during the previous month, imports stood at 11,000 tons, a senior port official told ICMW.

During the corresponding month of the previous year, coal handling at the port also stood at nil.

During the first four months of 2014-15, total coal imports via the port stood at 177,800 tons whereas the figure stood at 169,333 tons during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
