April 29: coaljunction, a division of mjunction services limited, will conduct the first forward e-auction for North Eastern Coalfields Ltd (NECL) on May 27, 2014 for the rolling year July 2014 to June 2015.
In the said auction, a total of 182 rakes of G1 and G2 coal, corresponding to a little over 500,000 tons, from three sources will be put on offer.
To draw wide participation from the consumers, a forward auction roadshow is planned at Guwahati on May 6, 2014.
Forward auction is limited to the actual consumers of coal and is for a year's supply with separate bidding for each of the quarters.
