Coking coal imports via Chennai up 42% in Nov m-o-m

December 16: Coking coal imports via Chennai port rose 42% to 149 tons in November 2013 against 105 tons reported in October, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

In November, the consignments arrived from the UK in a price band of Rs 29,392 – Rs 30,159 ($466-$476) per ton.
