January 10: Seaborne steam coal prices continued to ease in international markets as buyers refrained from making fresh commitment, industry sources said.
Prices of both South African and Australian steam coal prices dropped as demand from Chinese and Indian buyers continued to remain weak.
The poor demand affected the sentiment in the coking coal and freight markets as well.
