January 8: Imports of coking coal via Magdalla Port stood at 75,111 tons during the month of December 2014, down 17.79% as compared to 91,361 tons imported during November, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
During December 2014, the entire quantity came from Australia at a price range of Rs 7,180-Rs 7,417 ($112-$116) per ton.
However, in November, the entire material came in from Australia at a price range of Rs 6,456-Rs 7,871 ($104-$127) per ton.
