Ennore Port to lease out land on basis of projects

January 29: Ennore Port Limited is planning to lease out the port's land only on the basis of projects and not tenders, a senior official from the port told ICMW.

"At present, we have 2,200 acres of land at our disposal and if we have to lease it out, we will do that based on the port projects submitted by the companies. As of today, we have no plan to lease out land on tender basis since we do not have surplus land," the official said.
