July 15: The weak trend in international coal markets was extended on July 14 in the absence of buying support amidst reports of a decline in domestic coal prices in China, market sources said.
Prices of coal across origins and of higher grades fell by around $0.20 per ton but lower grades of Indonesian origin remained largely unchanged, they added.
