FY16 gypsum imports via Gangavaram Port drop 64%

Imports of gypsum via Gangavaram Port were down 63.98% to 55,000 tons in fiscal 2015-16 against 152,702 tons in 2014-15, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
On the other hand, there were no imports of the material via the port in March 2016 against 30,000 tons in February 2016.

In February 2016, the entire volume of 30,000 tons came in from UAE at a unit price of Rs 1,171 ($17).
