November 14: The extension of a firm trend in South African and Australian coal prices, witnessed since the beginning of the week, continued into November 13 with rates of standard materials inching up by another $0.50 per ton, sources said.
A mild softness in freight rates also prompted sellers to increase the offer prices, they added.
Indonesian coal prices, however, remained unchanged amidst limited interest.
