January 3: Good demand was witnessed for G11 grade coal (GCV range 4,001 and 4,300 Kcal/kg) during December as out of 1,230,000 tons offered by three subsidiaries of CIL, 1,068,980 tons got allotted and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 1,443/ton.
However, in November, good demand was witnessed for G11 grade coal as out of 1,255,000 tons offered by three subsidiaries of CIL, 986,030 tons got allotted and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 1,505/ton.
In October, good demand was witnessed for G11 grade coal as out of 690,138 tons offered by three subsidiaries of CIL, 608,252 tons got allotted and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 1,732/ton.
