New UserG11 grade sees fair demand in January e-auction

February 5: Fair demand was witnessed for G11 grade coal (GCV range 4,001 and 4,300 Kcal/kg) in January 2015 on coaljunction’s e-auction platform as out of the offered quantity of 882,000 tons of coal, 755,550 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 1,685/ton.
In December, very strong demand was witnessed for this grade as out of the offered quantity of 600,000 tons of coal, 446,940 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 1,141/ton.
Very strong demand was also witnessed in November 2014 on this platform as the entire offered quantity of 170,000 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 2,144/ton.
