December 4: G4 grade coal (GCV range 6,100 Kcal/kg to 6,400 Kcal/kg) offered for allotment through the e-auction platform of coaljunction in November met with moderate demand as out of 301,110 tons of coal offered, 193,501 tons got allotted and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 3,659/ton.
However, G4 grade coal offered for allotment through the e-auction platform of coaljunction in October met with moderate demand as out of 415,626 tons of coal offered, 287,099 tons got allotted and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 4,131/ton.
In September, G4 grade coal offered met with good demand as out of 430,270 tons of coal offered, 413,270 tons got allotted and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 3,623/ton.
