New UserG6 grade sees very strong demand in April e-auction

May 5: An extension of the previous month’s trend was witnessed in the auction of G6 grade (GCV range 5,501-5,800 Kcal/kg) coal on the coaljunction platform in April as the entire offering of 121,050 tons was allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 3,920 per ton.
In the auction of G6 grade on coaljunction in March, nearly the entire offering of 58,550 tons was allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 3,448 per ton.
In February also, strong demand was witnessed for this grade as the entire offered quantity of 59,440 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 3,013/ton.
