September 4: G9 grade coal (GCV ranging between 4,601-4,900 kCal/kg) offered at the coaljunction platform in August met with good demand as 89.57% or 148,600 tons of the total offered quantity of 165,900 tons got allotted.
The weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 2,199 per ton.
In July, 84.94% or 393,340 tons of the total offered quantity of 463,100 tons got allotted and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 2,010 per ton.
