Imports of limestone via Gangavaram Port stood at 50,154 tons in February 2016, down 51.03% compared to 102,420 tons in January 2016, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
For the first 11 months (April-February) of the current fiscal (2015-16), limestone imports via Gangavaram Port stood at 910,008 tons while 604,801 tons had been imported in the same period of the previous fiscal (2014-15).
