Good demand for G-11 grade coal in Feb e-auction

March 26: Good demand was witnessed in February 2014 for G-11 grade (GCV 4,001 to 4,300 Kcal/kg) coal offered by CCL for allotment through the MSTC platform as 57,580 tons got allotted out of an offered quantity of 63,000 tons at a weighted average price of Rs 1,528 per ton.
In January 2014 also, good demand was witnessed for G-11 grade coal offered by MCL for allotment through the MSTC platform as 415,000 tons got allotted out of an offered quantity of 610,000 tons at a weighted average price of Rs 1,142 per ton.
