December 30: Out of 42,210 tons of G-4 grade (GCV between 6,101 and 6,400 Kcal/kg) coal offered by CCL and ECL for allotment through the e-auction platform of MSTC in November 2013, 38,580 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 4,654 per ton.
In October, however, Out of 26,570 tons of G-4 grade (GCV between 6,101 and 6,400 Kcal/kg) coal offered by CCL, ECL, WCL and SECL for allotment through the e-auction platform of MSTC in October 2013, 26,520 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 4,619 per ton.
