January 27: There was good demand for G7 grade (GCV ranging from 5,201 to 5,500 Kcal/kg) coal offered by CCL and NCL for allotment through the MSTC platform during the month of December 2013 as out of the 358,460 tons offered, 350,460 tons got allotted.
In November, however, there was moderate demand for G7 grade coal offered by CCL, ECL, SECL and WCL for allotment through the same platform as out of the 35,290 tons offered, 24,900 tons got allotted.
