September 4: Demand for G11 grade coal (GCV range 4,001 and 4,300 Kcal/kg) was good in August as 95.72% or 870,990 tons got allotted out of the 909,930 tons offered.
The weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 1,727 per ton.
In July, demand for G11 grade coal was good as 627,450 tons got allotted out of the 717,880 tons offered and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 1,485 per ton.
