Good demand for G11 grade coal in Oct e-auction

November 27: There was very good demand for G11 grade (GCV 4,001 to 4,300 Kcal/kg) coal offered by MCL for allotment through the MSTC platform in October 2013 as the entire offered quantity of 500,000 tons got allotted at a weighted price of Rs 1,271 per ton.
In September, too there was very good demand for this grade offered by CCL and SECL as the entire offered quantity of 380,000 got allotted at a weighted price of Rs 1,525 per ton.
