June 24: In May 2014, good demand was witnessed for mixed grade coal as out of a total quantity of 54,500 tons offered for allotment by WCL on MSTC’s e-auction platform, 48,750 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 3,168 per ton.
However, in April 2014, good demand was witnessed for mixed grade coal as out of a total quantity of 49,250 tons offered for allotment by WCL on MSTC’s e-auction platform, 32,070 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 3,118 per ton.
Meanwhile, during March 2014, good demand was witnessed for mixed grade coal as out of a total quantity of 83,600 tons offered for allotment by WCL on MSTC’s e-auction platform, 69,680 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 2,669 per ton.
