Gypsum imports in Oct via Kandla port fall 73.33%

November 20: Import of gypsum via Kandla port fell sharply by 73.33% to 4,000 tons in October 2013 as compared to 15,000 tons in September 2013, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

During October 2013, the entire quantity came from Iran at a unit price of Rs 1,302 ($20) per ton whereas in September 2013, the entire material also came from Iran at Rs 1,214 ($18) per ton.
