August 6: Import of gypsum via Kandla port stood at 14,829 tons during August 2013, down 17.62% from 18,000 tons during the month of July 2013, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
In August 2013, the entire material came from Iran at a price range of Rs 1122-Rs 1190 ($18) per ton while during the previous month, the entire quantity came from Iran at a price range of Rs 1085-Rs 1101 ($18) per ton.
