Gypsum imports through the port of New Mangalore were at a negligible 108 tons in April 2016, down 99.80% from 54,538 tons seen in March 2016, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
There were no imports of the material via this port in April 2015.

In April 2016, the entire volume came from Iran at a price of Rs 5,811 ($86) per ton.
In March 2016, the entire volume came from Oman at Rs 1,021 ($15) per ton.
