HPCL floats NIT to procure Meghalaya coal

November 5: Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Government of India enterprise, has floated a notice inviting tender (NIT) to procure Meghalaya coal.

The material to be procured should have a GCV of 6,200 Kcal/Kg, 45-48% fixed carbon, 32-42% volatile matters, 5.2% sulphur, 16% ash, 10% moisture during July to September and 7% moisture during October to June.

Interested parties can submit their bids till November 7, 2013 up to 3 pm while the techno-commercial bids will open on the same day after 3.30 pm.
