ICVL’s Mozambique production at 120,000 tons pm

April 21: Coal production from India Coal Venture’s (ICVL) Mozambique block stands at around 120,000 tons per month, N C Jha, MD & CEO, ICVL said.

“We are producing about 120,000 tons per month,” Jha told iCMW.

“We are producing around 500,000 tons of raw coal, if you take out around 30% ash (or around 150,000 tons), then 350,000 tons is left. If we need 120,000 tons, so instead of 500,000 tons, we produce slightly less,” he added.
