February 21: There was not much movement in spot coal prices in the international markets on February 20 as demand remained slack and buyers did not commit themselves to fresh procurement, trading sources said.
Prices eased at Richards Bay Coal Terminal slightly over the previous closing, while the Newcastle spot prices were almost flat. Sources said, prices may see modest gains once Chinese buyers return to the market, starting March.
