June PCI imports via Paradip Port more than double m-o-m

July 24: PCI coal imports through the port of Paradip more than doubled to 35,229 tons in June 2014 against 11,331 tons reported in May 2014, as per provisional data available with ICMW.

In June, all the consignments arrived from Australia in a band of Rs 6,592 – 7,084 ($110-118) per ton.

In May, two consignments arrived from Australia at a unit price ranging between Rs 7,487-Rs 7,740 ($123-$127).
