KOMIPO invites bids for(SEMI) anthracite coal for Seocheon Power Plant

South Korean state-owned utility Korea Midland Power (KOMIPO) issued an new tender for 70,000 Metric Tons of (Semi) Anthracite for January 2016 loading for its Seocheon Power Plant.
Bidders are requested to offer with quotation in a fixed price up to feasible amount of coal in lots of 30,000 MT (+/-10%), 50,000 MT (+/-10%) or 70,000 MT (+/-10%)
According to tender, bidders are required to offer for January 2016 loading on One single fixed price based on FOBT or CFR Incheon.
KOMIPO requires the suppliers to offer (Semi) Anthracite Coal with the quality such as total moisture (as received basis) max. 15%, volatile matter (Dry, Mineral-Matter-Free basis) maximum 15%, total sulfur (as received basis) max 1% and Ash (air dried basis) max 45% and Net Calorific Value on As Received Basis Min 4,600~Max 6,000.
